Sterilized Surgical Steel 10 Gauge, 5/8" long PA Curve Barbell with 6mm and 8mm Balls with 10g 1-1/4" diameter Frenum Hoop. Externally Threaded PA Barbell.

It can be used alone just for PA piercing with or without the Frenum Hoop. You can also use the 6g ring for the 6g Frenum piercing without the PA  The Ball between the Curve Barbell and the Frenum Hoop is captive so you can take it out or put it back when needed...
