The conch ring is 14g, 5/8" diameter with 3rd Gem Ball Horseshoe. The 3rd ball is captive means it will be help by the tension with the help of dimples. So first you take the ball off and unscrew the horseshoe ball then insert the horseshoe into the piercing and now you screw the ball back and then put the ball into two balls.
